  • Dont give up! What helped me most was I was a saltaholic! Loved salty foods. I also gave up all white foods....white rice, potatoes, sugar, pasta's, except for once a week low glycemic pasta. My first month my weight just fell off. Also drink lots of water and stay away from the juices! :wink:
