They sure can. Thank you!

How quickly you adapt to eating smaller portions. Coming from someone who's always had eyes bigger than her stomach.

A few months back I started to fall off the wagon. I gained a few pounds and inches back. I started getting back on track a few weeks ago and I'm happy to say not only are the inches and pounds gained back, lost, I'm actually 2lbs less!

Attention from males coming a lot sooner. I expected it at maybe 50lb+ loss but not, 20. It also doesn't help that I'm losing everywhere but my boobs which are drawing me the most unwanted attention. It seems they're magnified because my waist is slimming down but I've always been large breasted. I mean, I had a random guy…

Just for today, Thursday I will work out at least 30 min and eat half the food on my plate.

That I allowed myself to give up so many times.

A grocery clerk I speak to when I go shopping noticed my loss. Made me feel good. :)

How falling off the wagon even a bit can scare you into getting back on track. I gained back 3lbs but when I looked in the mirror it looks like 10. It's enough to get me back to the get to, lol.

I can't say I have but only because you and I don't think the same. And for those that are putting down your flatmate- who knows, she could have a more active metabolism. What she puts into her body shouldn't affect you as what you put in yours shouldn't affect her. You chose the food you eat so why is that her fault? You…

Hey everyone, hope you're all doing well  My NSV today was eating a small portion (I started slipping off for a bit) at breakfast and feeling satisfied. I'm also noticing inches off of my waist line and I've been getting asked if I've lost weight. Good feeling but I got lucky because I've been bouncing between the…

Yes, ma'am. Down 21lbs in 3 months from walking around my neighborhood block. Took me 15 min to do a full circle and now I'm down to about 12-13 min. I also walk more briskly and pump my arms for a full power walk for 45 min, 4-5 days a week and I eat clean 80% of the time. I'm also going to incorporate strength training 3…

I just tried on a stretchy (stretch waist included) pair of size 16 jeans that were so busted the seams in the front are splitting and the chub rub had worn them down so bad that the entire back of my right leg is fully exposed. They were LOOSE, no lower belly bulge and super roomy in the back. I also tried on an old…

Fitting into a skin tight red dress that I bought 2 years ago and couldn't fit and receiving several compliments on it. Best feeling ever!

It was a series of events. One was that my friend put a very unflattering pic of me playing with her dog up on fb and tagged me. I already knew how big I looked but someone then commented slyly on how beautiful "she" was- meaning the dog. It kind of stung but I mentioned I was going to do something about my weight. That…

Realizing that I'm more of an hourglass figure and not a triangle like I thought. It turns out when I'm really big I'm more top heavy but once I lose weight my waist line dips in more and my hips don't appear so narrow after all.

I'm waiting for this very moment myself! Can't. Flippin'. Wait. Of course, for now I get to see myself change daily in the mirror which is enough to carry me until the shocked looks arrive :D Congratulations, you look fantastic!

48 more pounds. Hopefully by January/February. Aiming for a NYE present to myself.

Congrats, you look amazing!

A friend stopped by and said I looked great and that they noticed my loss. I visited an older relative (by marriage, I rent from her and she only accepts cash so I HAVE to visit once a month, lol) and for the 3rd time she's mentioned my loss and how she doesn't want me to get too skinny, look like a crack head, and "How…

That you might receive wanted and unwanted comments about your loss and ultimately it's up to you to decide how you want your body to look.

This may sound odd but I'm doing it to change my WHR (waist to hip ratio) in order to attract my version of the perfect mate or at least more dating choices. Also, mainly because I'm doing it for myself. I want to change the outcome of my life, you know, write my own story.

I don't like it much either...yet but I'm sure after the weight comes off I'm going to love it :expressionless:

Today I'm walking around my neighborhood again :)

My emotional eating has ceased completely. Now when I'm mad or sad I journal or "feel the feels" and move on. :)

Congrats!

Seatbelt isn't constantly choking you because it can't fit properly between your bewbs. It's getting better. Teehee.

Results being almost instantaneously. I already notice my stomach, legs, and even arm/arm pits are slimming down.

Start a walk group for your 1 hour lunch break and eat and walk alone or with your coworkers. Or, get up at 6am and work out before work. I think working out early helps stress levels. A nice work out, shower, and time to kill before going in and the best part is you've already got it in so it helps make better lunch…

I'm a blunt person but I wouldn't want to be someone's emotional punching bag or to dish it out that way. To me- if you need someone to tell you to do something you shouldn't you aren't really ready this. If I want cake; I'll eat cake and watch the pounds fall off while I eat every bite. Good luck!

My weight directly stems from the sexual abuse I suffered as a child/teen. It's been my security blanket for years and shedding it isn't going to be easy but allowing myself to break free from the claws of abuse is the first step of my journey.
