I've had fb for years but I don't use it that often, in fact my family and friends don't even know I've lost weight and that's how I intend to keep it until they see me. I'm just not all that into social media. Get one if you want and use it for your needs, other than that, just don't log in.

It depends on your genes. If you were cute/pretty/handsome as a larger person, you're going to be pretty/cute/handsome, after. If you weren't necessarily born with an attractive face, you're not going to have one when you lose the weight, either. Your body will be attractive/normal but your face is your face.

Lost 10lbs, not by Feb 28th, but still! 1lb away from being out of the 220s. I haven't been 220 since I first started losing and joined MFP 6 years ago. Next goal is to get down to 215 which will be my lowest adult weight so far. I got down to 217 in 2011 but 2017 I'm going all the way to goal. Fook it, lol.

Been lurking for a while. Would love to join in and am focusing on losing 40-45lbs by July. I'll be 75lbs down total by then. I work out 5x a week, lightly lift for 3, and count my calories. Going to DC for Independence Day week to visit family, and Europe in late July and want to look smokin' hot.

Took a walk to the corner shop and caught my much slimmer shadow. Feels great!

I started at 258 and am down 33lbs but pushing for another 50-60lbs by midsummer, it took me about 15lbs to see a difference. I also felt better, too.

Losing at least 6lbs by Feb 28th. It's part of a larger 50lb-60lb by mid summer goal but little changes daily will help me reach it.
