    1 1/2 weeks untilI go to muy parents for a mini vacation with the kids. I have lost 17 pounds since we were there in February. I am going to make it an even 20 by the time we go.

    Really proud of myself- Sundays are my maintenance day (I don't care if it slows down my progress, I've learned that I need it or I'll give give up) and I only went over my normal daily calories by 200! I'm full and satisfied and don't plan on eating anything else:-) hope all of you are having a good night!

    Last weekend I had a hydrostatic scan and was pleasantly surprised. It gave me a body fat percentage 5 points less than my home scale! But I still have work to do.

    Tomorrow is my wedding anniversary and we are going to a nice steak dinner I plan to enjoy. Then back to work on Sunday.

    I haven’t heard much to update on as my scale has been pretty stagnant, but I was able to run for 20 minutes straight and not die (I despise running) and my work pants (which are infamously uncomfortable for women) are becoming less miserable to wear. :)

    My update isn’t too crazy yet. I did purchase a scale and have weighed daily as opposed to weekly and it is reassuring to see how much it truly does fluctuate. I’m down .7 this week. :)

    I didn't lose anything this week, but I finally gained the motivation to start working out! It's finally starting to get warm out, so I need to step it up!

    I am so excited to be going to my parent's house 20 pounds lighter than I was when we visited at the end of February. They don't know that I have been working on losing weight so I hope that they will notice the difference.
