    I'm not going to set a goal for this challenge, I'm only going to say as close to my goal weight as possible. I'm taking it a month at a time.

    Hi, just found this board! I started 3 weeks ago, was doing really well then a week of business trip and staycation for my 40th and I've undone some of the good work.

    CW: not sure (will weigh in tomorrow morning!)

    Did 75 minute fat burn heart-rate workout this morning so think I'm back in some good habits. Looking forward to seeing everyone's progress.

    Had a really good week, then it fell apart at the weekend when I had my niece and nephew to stay. They don’t stay that often so we wanted to treat them and I haven’t yet worked out how to convince myself that I don’t also need treating! Oh well, still a loss that I’m happy with!

    I'm a little late to this party... but I want in. (I started on April 8, so I'm a week behind, but whatevers.) I have a tendency to get obsessed with the scale, so I'll only weigh once every two or four weeks.

    SW (4/7):

    CW: 214.6 <-- Water weight and I was doing a bit too drastic a reduction in calories but have fixed that.
    GW: *shrug* I'll know it when I see it.

    I was able to work out just 3 times this week, but I managed to keep my deficit in a good place so I’m happy with my loss. Hoping to keep this progress and I should be able to meet my goal.

    I'm a late joiner but I'd like to join for some long term accountability. I used to track religiously but haven't since I was pregnant with my 3rd child.

    I never got back to my pre pregnancy weight this time but I currently weigh a few pounds more than when I delivered over 3 years ago. I dropped 20lbs initially but gained it back. My son has some delays which also affects his sleep and eating. I am an emotional eater and I over eat when tired. I got told in September that I need to lose weight due to high cholesterol and I've gained over 5lbs.

    I don't have a weight goal for the challenge but I do have a behavior goal.
    1. Track again even if it is terrible.
    2. 5+ servings of fruit and veggies
    3. Over 60g protein a day.
    4. Exercise 3x a week for over 30 minutes

    I think all those are reasonable and will be positive on my health.

    My stats at age 41 @5'3
    SW 194 lbs

    Ultimate goal is around 140 lbs.

    I was previously 140 (size 6) and that was maintainable. I have been 130 but I found that stricker than I want to be.
