I am just starting with "My Fitness". I would love to get some help from everyone as I have been this weight for years and really would like to lose my excess. I hear there is a Halloween Challenge. I would love to be part of that challenge even though I am pretty late in starting.
My starting weight is 236 (on July 1st) and would love to be under 200 lbs. by Halloween. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I had my 67th birthday in May. (I will tell you, I am sure not ready to be this old....lol). I hope to hear from someone that may want to help me with some insight on how all this works.0 -

Ultimate goal is around 140 lbs.
I was previously 140 (size 6) and that was maintainable. I have been 130 but I found that stricker than I want to be.
Argh. I stopped logging for the summer and flamed out.

My goal for September is more consistent healthy eating and to exercise for 30 minutes 5 days a week. My yoga class also starts up again so that will be good for me.0 -
