    Gw as close to my 139 target as I can get. I’m determined to be done this year!!

    So... does anyone have any can’t live without, low calorie foods? Mine are flavoured rice cakes and options hot chocolate, but I’m always looking for new things!

    My apologies, that I am fashionably late to this challenge but I, just saw it & it resonates, with me because the start date, was my birthday & Halloween's my favorite festive day, of the year!

    I weigh: Mondays! I'll just be happy if I reach my highest healthiest weight by then, which's only 10.1 pounds via my current weight!

    Goal Weight: 141.1 Pounds!

    I’ll take it. I officially started 21 day fix 3 days ago and I hurt in muscles I didn’t know I had. Today is upper body.

    You totally got this! Okay, If I reach 190 by Halloween, I'll match your pumpkin purchase and then we can have a pumpkin themed funeral for our fat :smiley:

    I LOVE THAT IDEA. Fat funerals need to be a real thing! We can decorate with scarecrows dressed up in our old fat pants! :D

    Weigh in: 176. Disappointed it’s the same as last week. I know I ate bad over the weekend (low willpower and pms) but I did have two nsv of buying size 14 jeans (15 months ago was wearing size 22) and ran 11:50 mile. Hope to do better this week.

    Sometimes I reaaaaally hate that scale! Congrats on your NSVs though- you should be proud!

    Since I wanna try to rid myself of more than just the amount necessary to achieve my highest healthiest weight, I did the math to create a maximum amount also!

    Fashionable late to this party but ready to join in! I am back on MFP trying to lose the weight I regained after some health issue and an injury. I am still on activity restrictions from a torn ankle tendon and fractures but have been enjoying some creative ways to be active. My ortho suggested looking for chair aerobic for seniors and it was awesome to be able to be active again even if I was still off my foot.

    Good morning all!

    Starting weight 4-1-18 165.2lbs
    4-8-18 162.9 lbs so I had a 2.3 lb loss this week :)
