    I'm in for this! I'm wanting to be by my ideal weight by my birthday (October 8th) so this will be a good challenge for me
    My weight as of sunday morning was 165.2
    Hopeful Halloween weight 115.0

    I just need som motivation , but i have to say why i need to lose weight to know exactly why I’m doing this because sometimes I forget why I’m doing it and fail . Okay , I wanna lose weight to be really healthy and have no problems in my older age , I wanna dress the way that I desire (bikini, dress, short sleeve shirts ,etc) and feel myself secure , I wanna make new friends, I wanna start loving myself and caring myself inside and outside .

    Gw as close to my 139 target as I can get. I’m determined to be done this year!!

    So... does anyone have any can’t live without, low calorie foods? Mine are flavoured rice cakes and options hot chocolate, but I’m always looking for new things!

    My apologies, that I am fashionably late to this challenge but I, just saw it & it resonates, with me because the start date, was my birthday & Halloween's my favorite festive day, of the year!

    I weigh: Mondays! I'll just be happy if I reach my highest healthiest weight by then, which's only 10.1 pounds via my current weight!

    I’ll take it. I officially started 21 day fix 3 days ago and I hurt in muscles I didn’t know I had. Today is upper body.
