Oh no - I had that about 5 years ago, but only in one ankle. Maybe you could try floor exercises... situps, push ups on your knees, sitting / kneeling while lifting arm weights, etc.

I always need to focus on what I eat, even more so than how many calories I'm eating. I weigh myself every morning, about a half hour after waking up (b/c this is when I always weigh the least! LOL).
