Well, I'm new but I think this is a wonderful thread... My name is Elizabeth and I'm looking to tighten up my fitness and diet regimen through the holidays. Most definitely. Drink lots of water and exercise, and check again in the morning. I bet you'll see a big a difference in the number on the scale.

I loved the shred!! It changed my body dramatically in only a short amount of time. I'm on another program right now, but am planning on re-starting the shred in a few weeks! Now, I'm off to add you as a friend.... :)

My hair became really dry and frizzy after I had my daughter. I suggest biolage hydratherapie.. They have a shampoo and an extremely thick, moisturizing conditioner. It's done wonders for my hair.

haha.. I knew what this post was about before I even read it. 2 dogs and a 20 month old daughter - nope, I doubt I'll ever pee by myself again. At least not for a very long time. Shutting the door just results in screaming, crying and barking and howling... I gave up a long time ago.

I LOVE the Xersion line through JCPenney's.. They are extremely flattering, moisture-wicking and really cute. They are pretty inexpensive too.. I tell everyone about them!! I could never find anything that fit right, or looked good but I'm so comfortable in their work-out clothes, especially the pants.. I wear them…
