Popping in shoulder...
When lifting weights (especially upright rows) I've had this weird popping in my shoulder. It hasn't been too bothersome, but it's starting to hurt more and now just sitting here at my desk it's popping every time I reach for the keyboard and is actually starting to hurt. Foot cramps/pain during Power 90 Sweat session
The title sums it up... During the sweat sessions of Power 90, when they do jumping jacks, hops, etc... The bottom part of my foot (mostly the arches) hurt, cramp and just cause general pain. I am not exhausted and know I could push myself farther but it just starts hurting so bad. I don't think it's plantar fasciitis…
