I agree, the hard part is over! Count your calories and go for small walks! The walks will not only help keep the weight down, but it'll give you a little boost of energy!

I also usually use the "strength training" under the cardiovascular exercises.. Especially if you/she changes the exercises often - which a good trainer should do.

I used to put motivational pictures and sayings on the refrigerator and in the bathroom... and, most importantly, in front of the treadmill. It was awesome inspiration.. especially the ones in front of the treadmill, I would push myself that much harder and faster. The only downfall, is every time we had a dinner or…
