I cant skip lunch since i work out pretty much everyday after work and i have "feedings" throughout the day (and i like to eat lunch)! i do a bit of warm up cardio (anywhere from 10-15 mins) - Strenght train - Cardio (additional 15-25 mins) I have heard from trainers to not overdo cardio before lifting (which i agree with) but i think some light pre cardio works best for me. Gets my blood a-flowin!

i like to rummage through the ends of my hair and cut off my split ends.And if im bored and have the time i like to find the craziest split ends. Its crazy to see one single strange of hair that is split like a million times! When i occassionaly find the crazy ones i feel like ive found something really awesome! :P

For a quickie i like a serving of Special K Protein cereal and if handy i like to cut up half a nanner in it with fat free milk or a Yoplait Vanilla Greek Yogurt (100 calorie) with half nanner or nuts/granola or fruit.
