Diet soda will make it worse, the aspartame will only spike your blood sugar and make the cravings worse. Try fruit, fresh in season if you can get it, or super dark chocolate.

The problem PTs have with fruit is that the fructose in it spikes your blood sugar and messes with insulin sensitivity and thus makes it harder to lose weight in the long term. My pt has recommend that fruit in moderation is fine (a pound of strawberries is better than an entire pizza ) but other snacks like protein bars,…

More like Mcbarfies, skip the ball pit and get some nuts or jerky and a water from a gas station.

AMAZING WORK!!! KEEP GOING :D

if your super sensitive to sugar (head aches, bloating, general ****ty feeling) small doses. If not have fun. Personally I try to stick to the nutrient dense low fructose end of the spectrum oranges, kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, apples when their in season. PS. beware of dried "fruit snacks" with added…

Rice / Vegan protein. It won't spike your blood sugar that way other shakes will. It will however taste like kitty litter. http://main.poliquinstore.com/estrogenomics-px-choc http://www.thenaturalonline.com/garden-of-life-raw-fit-16-oz-powder.html

Awesome mix vol. 1

If your going for body changes with weight training the best bet is to throw your scale in the garbage and buy a measuring tape. Or better yet get a trainer or doctor to measure your body fat over the next few months. I started weight lifting 2 yrs ago, I'm only about 10lbs lighter. I am however back to college freshman…

Try grass fed red meat, or almonds.
-
Wheat products, anything out of a box. It's so hard when time is short and I'm rushing to work or something.
-
If you're trying for fat heavy foods try grass fed red meat, avocados, or almonds if you're really hung up on nuts. Peanuts are not actual nuts but legumes, and they can cause bloating and mild allergic reactions even if you're not "allergic" allergic to them.

Drink water like it's your second job. When the lack of flavor starts to get to you add a slice or two of lime. Additionally I keep 2 soda bottles on my desk. One is a half drank pepsi with a note reminding me that soda tastes awful. The other is an un-opened coke bottle with a lot of tape over the cap and a note reminding…

The trainers at my gym just recently all did a detox together, three days on protein shakes and vitamins. They used raw protein brand, though healthy and nutritious, tastes like kitty litter. To do detox right you should really consult a nutritionist or even a wellness minded doctor.

"Paleo is restrictive" translation : " I HAVE TO COOK ALL MY FOOD MYSELF !?!?!!!????" I like it, it hard to stick to but the results are very noticeable, weightloss, digestion, ect. practical paleo by Diane Sanfilippo is a very good starter read for anyone interested. Half the book is very easy recipes.

I've heard evrything from 8 8oz a day to formulas for have your bodyweight in oz's. Personally I get down about a gallon and half a day. It gets really easy after a while, I'm very fidgity so fidgit by drinking water. Positives: Skin is awesome! like really really awesome. nails started growing like crazy, eyes cleared up…

Yes it is possible for you to lose 2lbs a week, live off protein shakes, meat, raw veggies and absolutely NO wheat / soy products. The weight will fall off. However the faster you lose the weight the harder it will be to maintain over the long term.
-
Mentally shift to thinking of your work out as your "me time" also try a class or gym that makes you pay inadvance and / or charge extra if you miss.
-
Personally I could live off broccoli eggs and steak, also the brand RAW PROTIEN fit has a pretty decent vegan shake mix (it tastes like coffee).
-
The last one made you stronger. Do it again, only better.

1. if hubby doesn't like the food your cooking he can make his own damn food. Which is exactly what i told my lifemate when he *****ed about the paleo health food I was making. Srsly, even if you are married you are under NO obligation to cook for him, or cook crap so he can slowly kill himself. 2. If people keep shoving…

Your Doctor is a DOCTOR. and probably knows more than anyone on these boards. If your really worried ask them to go over it in detail and really explain why they want you to this. For what it's worth, my 54yr old mother did South beach and lost 15+ pounds with out lifting a finger and she was fine. I friend from college…

Don't stress, it's vacation. I don't know about you, but most of the food / exercise work I do is for vacation ;) At the same time be reasonable, you won't have fun if you make your self sick. Try to get a work out in, a lot of hotels have gyms or pools, or just pick an active vacation like swimming or camping.

You are doing GREAT! KEEP GOING!

Try almond or cashew butter. Even if your not allergic to peanuts they can be inflammatory and make weight loss harder.
-
Buy bulk nuts and mix them yourself ( you control the salt content and weed out the bad things like m&ms and peanuts) keep small individually packaged pieces of super dark chocolate with you too. Water should be your first snack too.
-
They usually don't realize what their doing makes you unhappy. Try "No means No" , or tell them you developed a food allergy. I had people leaving cupcakes on my desk at work, I put my food coach / trainer on speaker phone (he's NUTS) that ended the food pushing. Seriously though get assertive, aggressive even, people…

Epsom salt, mix it into your bath water and soak for 20-40 minutes. Consistent diet and exercise are better for weight loss but salt bathes feel pretty damn awesome too.

vegetarian fed, omega 3, free range. Scrambled with chopped kale and grass fed spicy sausage.
-
My favorite thing is cook breakfast sausage in a pan, removed the sausage and cook chopped up kale / asparagus / broccoli in the sausage grease, when the veggies are cooked throw in a couple eggs and scramble it all together. :D Also Protein shakes are good but watch out for the ones with more sugar than protein, or the…

I'm on nuva ring, The same thing happens to me every month too, my off week I always seem to lose more lbs. I take that as a week to really stick to my diet really well (no cheating) and try for an extra work out.
