yeah, no. You touch my food and you lose a hand, I made it, I got up and got it from the fridge, I'm eating it. That is a huge peeve for me. Or worse being expected to be ok with it. Little kids are the worst, at least with my family I can't count how many times I as the oldest was expected to hand over what I was eating…

My old trainer told me that the reason behind diet soda causing weight gain was that the artificial sweeteners spike blood sugar more than regular sugar does, making people less insulin sensitive and then seeking even more sugar when you sugar crash. Also it (might just be me) turns you into a Macy's parade float.

My husband told me I was snoring consistently (instead of just a few snorts) all night.

After work out protein shake ( I use Dymatize. ). More nutritious than what ever your going grab impulsively and will kill later cravings too ;)

Try high fat or high protien snack, then start playing tetris. The high calories will fill you up and the game of OCD will distract you. Edit: I don't like bread carbs either. Try eating something starch heavy once a week. (potatoes, root veggies,the occasional gluten free cacker)

"You can eat too much of "Healthy" food too!" Yeah, ok. I dare some one on here to try eating 2000 calories worth of apples. Then try eating 2000 calories worth of Krispey Kreme and tell me the two foods are the same.

http://www.muscleandfitness.com/workouts/workout-routines ^ these guys post some really good beginner routines for weight lifting. Alot of them are super intense, but you don't have to do it all in one day if your just starting weight lifting.

You won't find healthy eaters because they got sick of trying to explain that even if you stay under 1200 calories eating nothing but pizza it's still bad for you. Most people can't or won't grasp the concept of being nutritionally starved even while getting just enough calories.

if you have never weight lifted before best advice is find / hire a professional. Most gyms have at least one trainer / strength coach who can give you a better idea where to start and or keep you from injuring your self or someone else.

It's not you. I see it too. Over the years these boards have filled with crazy angry people who don't understand nothing works for everybody and that variety will keep you healthy and continue weight loss.

I just use triple power organic powder with my morning shake and take gummies at night. With mid day veggies I'm about 30gms per day. Make sure what ever you decide to use isn't wheat based, that can cause cramps and upset stomach.

Maybe work more on body fat? You are pretty close to ideal weight.

Did you happen to use two different scales? That's a lot of weight to come off that quickly. You might want to see a doctor or medical person very soon, especially if you continue to drop pounds like that.

My trainer recommended Raw protein lite , or Estronomics. Raw protein is an organic vegan rice protein that tastes like what I assume kitty litter would taste like if you blended it into a shake, but again healthy. not if her body fat gets down to the 18-20% range. My own trainer tells me I'll get down to 18% body fat (Not likely in the short term, but an attainable goal)

If your doing a lot of weight training / heavy lifting your going to gain the first few weeks, don't get discouraged. Talk to this trainer your spending money on, they should be able to explain what is happening and / or give you recommendations to help with weight loss. While 2 pounds a week is ambitious it is not…

Some people will lose weight that way. Others will not. Personally McD's, BK, tacobell mess with my digestion to the point that it's just not worth it. Better to just eat clean and not have to function with a tummy ache.
