Sugar is poison to our bodies! Fructose from fruits is digested slowly and our bodies need this kind of sweets. White cane sugar and flour anything turns to sugar and then fat. I've eliminated all sugars and grains for 30 days and I eat veggies nuts plain European full fat yogurt, meat and fruits. I'm down 10 lbs

I would have fresh fruit, a variety of nuts, and chicken soup or chicken with veggies or chicken Salads. I would keep a cooler in the motel and have Greek or European yogurt as well. Sugar from cane is processed differently than fruit sugar. It is not advisable to cut out the fruit because it contains a lot of vitamins and minerals and antioxidants that keep diseases like cancer away! i too have hypothyroid and im on a large dose of meds 100 mcg, and bearly in norm range. im losing weight though and im not starving. Exercising is a must though.

Im breastfeeding my 6 month old son and Im wondering the same. Do I give extra cals for bf? Im doing (starting today) 1500 calories, thats giving myself 300 bf extras since I do supplement w/ formula. I am also excercising to burn 300 cals. So I will keep u posted to see if it works.

YOUR NOT EATING ENOUGH CALORIES TO LOSE WEIGHT! This is very common. You need to be eating at least 1200 a day without excersizing. If your at the gym, your burning more calories and your bosy is basically slowing down your metabolism to survive and its really not the way to go. I would sugest you eat at least 1500…

for breakfast i have a english muff, 1 oz of shredded chs, 1 egg over hard and 1 thin slice of ham. Basically, I make my own egg mcmuffin and I feel full till my next meal! Lots of protein!

I would say no. I was told you can if you want, but if you want to lose the most weight, you should avoid this.
