I am 5' 4". My profile pic is me at the beginning, 218 and about a year ago at 152. I have regained some of that weight but hope to reach 145 or less. Today, I would settle for that 152.

I read this the other day, and I repeat it to myself when I want to turn to "mindless nibbling": "Discipline is deciding between what you want most and what you want right now." I've had the same issue in the past, it just takes discipline.

Garnier 3 minute undo is marvelous!! I use it once per week. It adds tons of shine and totally reverses dryness. My hair was so damaged when I first started that the first 2 weeks it took 2 x per week.

Have a big salad to start, dressing on the side. Then opt for baked, roasted, or grilled meats, not fried. I personally avoid the starchy veggies and stick to the greener variety. The last time I went they had some baked "new orleans" fish that was delicious! Fruit for dessert!!!

I always have the 6" roasted chicken breast on wheat with lettuce, tomato, spinach, black olives, cucumber, and bell pepper.

I like the Yoplait Light and Fit 0 fat. I have been eating the strawberry. Stir it up, and stir it well, then stir it some more. I have not found 1 yet that I don't like, but the secret, I think, is to make sure you stir them well.

I love it!!! I use plain non fat greek yogurt in all my recipes that call for mayo!!! Plus it adds additional protein. That stuff is amazing. I also love to to eat the yoplait light and fit no fat strawberry for only 80 calories and 12g of protein!!

definately eggs, you can usually find some frozen veggies on a sale pretty cheap. Check the meat and seafood departments for mark downs (be sure to freeze these if you aren't going to use them right away). Pasta, rice, and dry beans are usually pretty cheap. Way to be strong!! I only eat lunch out 2 or 3 times a month now. Brown bagging saves me calories, fats, and sodium. Not to mention money. I eat at my desk and spend my lunch hour working out.
