Hi there,I been doing insanity since May and finish the whole 4weeks.and now into recovery week but been stuck with it for a week now, due to Bad haze weather condition.cant really breath in the haze.my question is it ok to stop for a couple of weeks then proceed to the 5weeks? Btw.i only lostb1kg for the past 4 weeks.
