That's what I was thinking, but I wasn't sure about the cream of chicken. I also found a recipe for a chicken, rice and broccoli skillet thing were you cook the rice in chicken broth, then add the chicken and broccoli and some spices. It looked yummy.

I went to IHOP today expecting to just get a fruit cup or something, but I got 2 peices of turkey bacon, 2 waffle triangles covered in bananas and strawberries in syrup with eggs. It was only 380 calories AND only cost $4.99 AND it was supper filling and yummy!

I didn't know that about the bacon. What about canadian bacon? Is that ok or should I just stick with lean regular bacon??

Thank you so much! I started smoking really young and smoked for about 17 years so it was hard, but I haven't had the urge at all. I just started eating more. Haha! But I'm working on that part now. Congrats on your 5 pounds and many more to come!
