I get that, i snack throughout the day myself that way i dont feel hungry and i just dont feel the need to eat em back but im 5'3" and i weigh 242 lbs so far ive lost 8 which im sure is water weight but i feel stronger and happier already

whats the point in eating them back when u push to work them off? I was told by a doctor to eat but workout too, healthy people with healthy weight work out to stay the same it would make sense to me that heavier people would work harder, i try and stay in the negative myself i eat 900 to 1400 a day depending on my hunger…
