I use my Cuisinart egg maker to make my hard boiled egg. Look into getting one if it's within your budget. It's really nice. I put the eggs in and walkaway. It beeps when it is done.

I just got a food dehydrator yesterday. I started dehydrating today. It's not going so well. It's been 12 hours and I don't know if it is done or not. It's chewy.. did I mess up? I put pineapple, banana, beets, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, peaches.. and Now I've got chewy crap.

It's not, it's totally determined by you and your own addictions. I'm not addicted to soda.. but I am addicted to sweets.. chocolate, ice cream, donuts, cake's, cupcakes, etc. Some people are addicted to salty foods.

Add protein powder and use milk instead of water. I strongly suggest Unjury protein powder.. it's ridiculously good. Eat egg whites or try Morning Star Veggie Sausage maple flavor. It's crazy good too! The little sausage patty has 80 cals and 10g of protein and it's tasty :)

30 minutes on the eliptical. Or for even less: 20 minutes eliptical, 10 minutes on the treadmill 10 minutes on the stair climber, 20 minutes on the eliptical. As you keep working, you could do 20 minutes on all of the machines. 20 minute bike, 20 minute stair, 20 minute treadmill, 20 minute eliptical, etc.
