Water and some wine.

I promise you the surgery is not ONLY about eating less. For me, they remove a good chunk of my intestine, therefore I absorb less calories than if you and I ate the same thing. Also, by having a smaller stomach, somehow it curbs cravings. I was a fast food junky and would love to have a whole chocolate cake to myself.…

I had gastric bypass surgery. The RNY one. I weighed 240, and in 8 months I was down to 135. I was very strict though. I followed the rules. Take it seriously and change your life. You will be a success. If you notice the weight coming back on, correct it immediately.

You try to avoid it.. but when it happens, it just happens. You should get back on track immediately tomorrow and try not to overdo it tooooooooooooooooooo much. Also, review the past couple of days in your diary. What went wrong? Did you eat low calories the past 2 days? Are you confusing hunger with dehydration. You will…

Polar FT7, so you can eventually upload and join in Polar challenges. I wouldn't waste money on the Ft4. You can't upload to their website.

Thanks for sharing! I have to do this this weekend. I like the Fage greek yogurt mixed with fresh fruit or canned no sugar added Del Monte peaches. I also like to mix in some Smart Start Kellogg's cereal for a crunch. It's lower in cals than granola.

Incorporating more vegetables and some fruit while making sure to have a great intake of protein! I like to try cooking things I've never had before. Like I tried Tempeh-gross, I steamed beets for the first time ever this week-very good, I made my own hummus a couple of weeks ago-good, a couple of weeks ago I made a tofu…

Yes, absolutely! They all add up.

Actually, I heard you should say "want" instead. I want to have fruit instead of brownies. I want to workout. I want to eat 5 meals a day. I want to eat my salad from home. I want to eat at my desk by myself.

I always come back with a positive excited outgoing attitude. I have supportive coworkers, but everyone has questioned my "overnight oatmeal in a jar with fresh fruit" breakfast and EVERYONE questions my healthy ful salads that I eat daily. The think my salad is so interesting. But back to the point, Just answer with a…

I got this book and The New Rules of lifting for Women from the library last weekend! Both are GREAT reading material!

So glad you took pictures! What a difference! Nice job!!!!!

I've seen a lot of breastfeeding women lose weight over the following 6-9 months. At least after a year, they are usually close to their old weight. Good Luck and wishing you a safe delivery!!

Me! Feel free to look.

The "junk" keeps me hungry and craving for more. So I stay away from it. If it works for you then great! I wish I could do it.
-
It also might be dehydration. MAke sure you try to drink water first and see if that subsides the hunger. Dehydration can easily be confused with real hunger. You can research it or try for yourself.

Yup, most likely because I ate two days of low calories or I messed up the 2 days prior. I suggest logging everything all the time. That way, when you get to a day that you want to go over, review your diary and find out why. Did you eat too little the 2 prior days? Did you workout a lot? It helps to educate yourself based…

Drinking wine? Nope, no difference. I gave it up. I didn't notice a different. When it comes to wine, it comes to calories. If you were talking about beer, then I'd say yeah, it will make a difference to give it up because of the sugar and carbonation.

I like to put it in my salad. Find an alternative for yourself. Eat low fat mozz string cheese. It's comparable to cottage cheese in calorie and protein. Or you could add pasteurized liquid egg white for protein and low cals.

I agree with this, This is what we are doing now. I LOVE being off of the pill. But I'd recommend being married or in a relationship where you are really OK with having a baby-just in case. We have been successful at not getting pregnant.
-
If you notice "negative" side effects, like weight gain, then talk to your doctor about switching to another pill. You do not have to gain weight. I'd recommend Ortho. I had a different pill than that and I had NO libido and no weight gain. What do you want to have?

Can you share your dairy so we can try to offer advice? We can't see how many calories you are eating or what your weight is at now? You've done an excellent job so far! Nice job with sticking at it!! Maybe you aren't eating enough. Workouts should be fun and you should have enough energy to "happily" get through them.…

Can you review your diary and see where you might be lacking? Did you eat less yesterday or the past two days? Did you drink enough water? When I'm having one of those days, I just eat what I want rather than trying to fill up on the stuff I don't want. At the end of the day, I still log it, but I review my diary and find…

Drinking water is an excellent idea. People can definitely confuse hunger with dehydration. Even when people say they are working out more and they are more hungry, it could be dehydration and not actual hunger. A dietician told me this. I tried it. I started drinking more water and it worked. I was thirsty, not hungry.…

When I eat low on calories, my workouts suffer. I don't want to go, and then when I get there, I'm constantly watching the clock and wanting the workout to be over. Let me tell you, I LOVE the gym. So when I don't want to go, it's because I didn't fuel properly. Listen to your body. If you are weak, you may not be eating…

That's awesome!

No, are they healthier snack options? Or donuts? If it's healthy, controlled snacks and keeps you on track, then I'd say there is nothing wrong with it. Try to stop grazing, if you are. Grazing can lead to bad habits of over eating, accidentally.

Raw veggies! Vegetables aren't expensive. Sometimes Frozen is even cheaper. Then there are canned vegetables too for cheap. Go to the bargain area where the meat is discounted. Ask your grocery store where theirs is located.

Try your best to drink throughout the day rather than gulping. It will go away. Maybe in about 5 days, you'll be able to sleep through the night. It takes time for your body to adjust. But you may still pee a billion x's a day. I was told by someone that fat is ejected from the body through your pee. I don't know if that's…

I can't wait till this day!!
