For the most part I eat what I want. I have found measuring food at home has really helped with putting correct size portions in perspective. I usually have chocolate 2-3 times a week. I even have my chips and salsa occasionally.

Now I just buy cartons of 100% egg whites. I used to give the yolks to my dogs. I've always been told the protein is good for the coat.

I'm going to make it....as of right now I have 204 minutes so only 21 to go. That will be easy tomorrow morning before I leave! I'm glad I challenged myself even with short week. Next weeks goal will be 325 minutes

I can so relate! I just got a used elliptical and it's all set up but am afraid I won't last 5 minutes even though I'm currently doing 45-60 minutes on treadmill daily.

Mine is from my husband. He doesn't just say I love you he always says love you loads and loads. Simple reminder to me that he's with me on the journey.

Walking has always been my best way to lose. I have a treadmill and love walking. It's easy on my back and I feel the difference in hips and but really quickly.

I'm in starting this week Week #3 - June 18th - goal 225 Leaving town for 5 days on Thursday so this will be challenge but I'm ready!

btw I'm on West side of Orlando and most of my walking is done on my treadmill but if anyone is a morning person (beat the heat) I'd be up for walking outside!
