Just start slow and push through it! I get out of breath every time but I push through it and remind myself that it is only 20 minutes. Don't start out giving it your all and then you can't finish, start out at a good pace and finish at the same pace, I find that by the end I can do the cardio section with a "little" bit…

Have a text buddy to talk you down from the ledge and remind you of your goals and why you are doing this! Don't wear stretchy pants so when you cheat you feel the tightness and you will have a reminder of why you don't want to cheat next time!
