my truck broke down 1/27 and my job is 3.25 miles. There is no public transportation where I live so I've been walking to work each way so let's see so far this month I've walked 52 miles. I only had 1 day off since the first of the month....WOW I didn't even think of that......I walked a lot .

Lately I have been having to force myself to eat 1200 calories a day but I went to my doctor and she said it's because of my topamax that I was put on becuase of my migraines. They tried to lower the doage and I ended up in the hopsital 3 times in 1 week. I'd rather eat 1200 or less calories a day then suffer from…

UPDATE.....ALMOST 3 WEEKS INTO IT AND 13 POUNDS GONE.....I AM FEELING SO MUCH BETTER AND TODAY I PUT ON A PAIR OF JEANS THAT WERE SMALLER THAN WHAT I WAS WEARING......YEAH

thank you. I am so excited. This cite helps me out so much. Its pretty sad the my husband was put on meds to help him gain weight and I am trying to lose weight lol
