Just go back to what you were doing. You ate what you wanted. Fabulous. Now put it behind you and move forward. Sometimes eating a little more helps us more than we know because our bodies become so used to the same routine.

128 :)

Well, high calorie and healthy certainly includes fats. Try things like olive oil and walnut oil for low saturated fat content. Your body needs fats to survive too. Maybe grill some fish (slamon or tuna - also good fats) and have a salad with a homemade vinagrette?

That is so awesome!!! I'm looking forward to being about to say that in another couple of months myself! :)

My body fat is about 19% right now. I am 5'4" and weigh about 128 pounds.

I start my days off pretty calorie heavy because I feel like breakfast is the most important meal of the day. When you have breakfast, you have to remember, you've been sleeping and not eating for 8-10 hours so you have to kick start that metabolism for the day. So I start off heavy in the morning, and get lighter…

Sodium-wise, the shrimp looks like your best best to me! Shrimp scampi is 130 calories, 8 grams of fat, 990 mg sodium.

And I don't shop for shoes to match an outfit... :) Maybe that is why...

It doesn't matter to me. If you're fit, you're good.

That's so great! That's not a small NSV, it's a huge ones!

Congratulations! I know exactly how you feel. I have been doing P90X for about a month and a half and my arm muscles are developing well. I had someone ask me to show them yesterday because they heard rumors about my "guns."

I got my heart rate monitor at Walmart.

Oooh, I'll let you know after my workout!

FRIEND! I love carbs and everyone needs them. Even people on a low-carb diet are eating carbs.
-
Wow, look at you! That's awesome!

I love the Plyo. It is honestly my favorite DVD in the series, but I totally understand why you find it difficult. It's a tough workout. I was doing it yesterday and I was toasted by the end of the workout (before it was over)

I'm about 5'4" and my goal (and current weight) is 128 pounds. It's right in the middle of the BMI range, and I feel good. Now it's about reducing body fact percentage, not weight.

Ah, welcome to the wonderful world of vegetarianism! There is nothing wrong with eating a meat-free diet. The biggest things you have to worry about when you cut out meat is protein and iron. However, both of these things are readily found in vegetarian diets. If you decide to go vegan there are a lot of other concerns,…

220 calories is not a bad snack if it fits in your nutrition plan for the day. I just ate a 230 calorie snack this morning.

Vitamin D is the "sunshine vitamin." Spend more time outdoors without sunscreen (about 15-30 minutes daily) during the part of the day that is not the hottest. Vitamin D is included in many fortified foods and drinks (milk, cold breakfast cereals, etc.) and is found naturally in herring, catfish, trout, salmon, halibut,…

It's so much fun. The biggest thing to remember is that it's not an arm workout. It's a core workout. So if your arms are getting tired, you need to reevaluate how you are paddling! Keep your hips loose. Go with the rocking of the boat. You flip the boat by being too rigid generally. Just let the water flow underneath you.…

You're doing amazing! Those are awesome results!

I bought the 5 series pack for Spanish, and it is fantastic. Unfortunetly, I don't have the amount of time I would like to dedicate to it, but I am able to read things in Spanish, understand basic conversations and write/type, and it's only been a few months. I am going to take a class for beginnger's Arabic soon, and I am…

Progress is progress and this is awesome progress! I'm proud of you for your hard work and actually shopping in the women's section!!!

Kayaking is a lot of fun. I also really like Plyometrics!

It all depends on what your ballpark has to offer. Mine has veggies dogs which I like and actually sells fruit as well. So I usually go with that. Mine also allows you to bring in your own snacks/bottled drinks and so on if you want so that is an option too.

Steel cut oats for breakfast is a great way. Also substitute millet, barley or qunioa for that brown rice.

When I get a belly ache (which is sometimes very often), I drink peppermint tea to help soothe it. It works wonders for me!

Oh my, the poor cat has weight issues? :P
