That sounds delicious. I'll have to try this.

That is insane!!!! I can't believe it's only a 20lb loss. You had amazing results. Congratulations. What are you doing to get so trim so quickly?

There is a significant difference. Way to go!!!

I'm in!! I had the original Zumba on Wii and hated having to wear the belt or hold the controller. We got my son the Xbox 360 with Kinect for Christmas. I bought Zumba and love it. Traded in my Wii version and will only use the Kinect. Great workout. I have never tried it at a gym as I work out at home.

Add me too. I am 46 years old. I am 5'0". I started a program in November 2012. I started out at 189. I am well on my way, but I am a yo-yo. I wanted to get down to 145. I am currently at 158.4. I am going on a cruise in 4 weeks and was hoping to be down to 150. I don't know that I can drop 8.4 lbs in 4 weeks. Let's do…

You do not need to lose weight. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being 5'3 and weighing 123.3lbs. I am 5'0 and my goal is 135-140. That is a pefect weight for me.

I must be missing something. I am on MFP to lose weight and get healthy. Not sure why pop tarts and ice cream would be a topic.

What am amazing transformation!! Congratulations. You look wonderful.

I agree. Brown rice is much healthier. Thanks fo the facts

Fantastic!! You look great. You'll make your goal and you are so smart by starting at your age. I'm 46 and trust me, it does not get easier to get the weight off and keep it off as you age.

You are going to be so successful. This is a fantastic website. Best of luck to you.

This is always my problem. I can get the weight off, but have trouble keeping it off. I weigh myself every day and obviously keep track of my food and beverages on MFP. If you weigh yourself very often, and keep track of what you are taking in, that should help keep you on track. I also find that attending a meeting and…

That is fantastic!! I have never heard of anyone losing weight so quickly. I bet you feel so much better. What an excellent result. Mine is coming off VERY slowly. I am down 29 lbs in 4 months. You have no idea how fortunate you are. You'll be at your goal weight sooner than you think!! Congratulations.
-
You are certainly not alone. I feel like it sets me up for failure. I get so excited when I see I could actually be down 15lbs in 6 weeks. I am losing much slower than this. 29 lbs in 4 months.
-
Fantastic!!! That is such a huge step in taking care of your health. Congratulations and I wish you the very best on this journey.

I feel your pain. I love coffee and also stick to 1-2 cups per day, normally one. I know I shouldn't, but I use Splenda and lowfat non-dairy creamer. It has 10 calories per teaspoon. I really wish I could drink it black, but I have tried.
-
Great work. Must feel great to be that close to your goal. I look forward to that day. Congrats!!!
-
I admire your courage. I have some before pics that I don't dare post. You have made quite the transformation and should be so proud of yourself. Awesome job!!!!:flowerforyou:

Can't wait to try it. What a fantastic idea. I just bought some fat-free cheddar. I am going to try this.:smooched:

Awesome!! I weigh in 2x per week and I am getting very close to moving from obese to overweight. Never thought I would be excited to be "overweight", but considering the alternative, I'm rather pleased!!!

Hello and welcome to you. I also started out with a goal of 45lbs. I started my new eating plan in November and have lost 26lbs. Trust me when I tell you...if I can do it...anyone can. The trick is to find what works for you. Determine your goals, and what foods are causing you to gain weight. Eliminate them and find…

Welcome to MFP. You will get so much support and everyone is very helpful and willing to provide all kinds of tips and pointers. Simply amazing!!! You look fantastic. What a great result. You are giving me hope.

Don't get discouraged. Keep working on it. Your body will respond to the changes. How many calories are you eating? If you are exercising, but not properly feeding your body, you will not lose weight. Make sure you are not getting too many carbs, avoid sugar and eat plenty of protein and fiber.

What a great result you have gotten. Congratulations to you. You give me hope that I can lose my weight.
