I am also 5'6. I was on the higher end of the overweight category (BMI-wise), and currently my goal is getting down into the healthy BMI category. Once I hit that goal I may try to continue to loose weight, but I think I am going to wait and see how I feel about myself and my health at that point! SW: 186 CW: 160 GW: 150…

You both look so good! I am so happy that you were able to encourage each other, and do these lifestyle changes together! My husband just got on MFP, and I'm hoping that having him tracking and supporting me will get us healthy too! Congrats, and keep it up!

That is great! Keep up the good work!

I've been using Zumba 2 for a few weeks now, and I love it! I do feel a little self-conscious (I make my husband hang out in another room while I do it!), but as I practice the steps more am starting to feel more confident. I'm hoping that I'll see some great results soon!

I've done the same thing! Been *fairly* good about tracking nutrition/exercise, but new to the whole forum thing. I'll add you as a friend, and hopefully we can motivate each other to reach our goals!

Hey Rachel! I am a student with similar goals, I'll add you so we can encourage each other!

I definitely see a difference! You are looking slimmer all around, but especially face, butt, flatter stomach. Keep it up!

I would love to lose 20 pounds this year! I am also looking for support and accountability, someone to chide me for eating too much ice cream!

I just got the Zumba II for the Wii, and so far think that it has been great! I was wondering if anybody knew how accurate the calorie count was. I don't have a heart rate monitor to double check the accuracy. It is a great workout, I could definitely feel it by the end of the medium work-out! Thanks!

I would love to join all of you! 5 lbs in January. Start: 164. Goal: 159.
