I'm not too bad. I've struggled a lot with food this week. I've been chained to my desk all week with Court deadlines and so many defences and witness evidence due. I've been eating all sorts of rubbish. I guess January is a hectic month in a lot of industries!

I'm game for a step challenge if I can dig out my Fitbit. It's been buried somewhere in the house move. I need to increase my steps, I work at a desk for 8 hours and commute 2 hours a day. At lunch I have to study so I don't get an lot of free time. Hoping to get some steps in after the kids go to bed!

Hi everyone! I am really looking forward to taking control of my weight loss again! I started at 275lbs in December 2017 and lost 75lbs over 2 years. I gained 26lbs back in the last 6 months so I now have 100lbs to lose! My January start weight is 224lbs. Cant wait for my first weigh in!

I completely identify with eating for sadness, celebration, boredom, stress etc. I went down to healthy weight but after having children I gained over 100lbs! I always need friends who are on a journey to lose. You're welcome to add me.

I'm going for my first off road run today. I get embarrassed running at my size so I'm taking my 4 year old to race me. Can't wait for the day I can run 5k!

I'm 25 and I'm 262 lbs. My diary is open to friends, I'm not going to lie.. I slip up sometimes and that is shown in my logs. But it's all a learning curve and im always looking for supportive friends :)

I also have PCOS and find weight loss painfully slow. I found a low GI diet is helping me lose weight easier :) I'll add you :)

I could have written that myself. It's so hard to combat emotional eating. It doesn't help when people say "just don't eat so much". Yeah.. duh. But the need to eat just consumes you (no pun intended). It's overwhelming and feels impossible. I haven't figured out how to gain control yet, some days are good, others areβ¦
