I have a 25-26 inch waist and the tops of my thighs measure about 22.5 inches. I feel out of proportion but I always get told I don't look it. I wouldn't worry about it. We're always way more critical of ourselves than others are.

Quaker instant porridge, breakfast bars, branflakes, Muller light yogurts and peanut butter. My cupboards are filled with backups of all of these things (bar the yogurts) in case I run out.

I love blueberry and apple porridge with a handful of crushed bran flakes and some chopped nuts mixed in before cooking. Or if I'm having a slightly more naughty day, I'll have two slices of wholemeal or seeded bread, with peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, I love it all) and strawberry jam. It's so delicious.

I'm 5'6 and started at 168lbs. Currently 126lbs and don't know whether to maintain or go any lower. I think it can be hard to accurately judge what you look sometimes, so I tend to go off what other people think.
