Why would you question in it? it is actually measuring your heart rate. it is a very accurate way to measure calories burned.

you may consider upping your calories. 1200 is simply not enough for most people. MFP is set so you can eat your calories back. on the other hand, the foods you are eating are pretty good! :smile: best of luck!

i net about 1840 each day breakfast, lunch & dinner are each about 400 calories and the rest (~640) are for 2 to 3 snacks :wink: edit: i add another snack for the days that i work out

any age is too young to be obsessing over weight. never too young to worry about the health, however. you may have to be careful on the "obsessing" too much about your weight. my university houses a private high school and it seems like most those girls have eating disorders i'm not saying that because of the way they look…

i'm at work (5:30-10:30am) school (12:30-5:30pm) study for midterm (6:30-10:30) we celebrated this past weekend. hung out all day Sat. lunch, exchanged gifts, watched Star Wars in 3D, dinner, shopped :heart:

i'm both. some days i have my ipod on blast and have, as you say, the eye of the tiger and others i'm more laid back (no ipod) and socilalize with everyone & help them out :smile:

people don't drink enough water. yes, food contains water, but using that excuse leads to people still not taking in sufficient amount of water to thoroughly hydrate a body.

wow. really? YES! every single living cell in your body NEEDS water! You need to train your body to drink water. i carry around a 24oz Camelbak that i refill at least 3 times. and that's aside from my two cups of herbal tea that i drink. you. need. water.
