i'd take at home test and if it's negative, i'd bump up my calories. not eating enough (or eating too much) messes with your hormones. edit: how many pounds a week do you have MFP set to?

i'm not sure what your goals are, how much you weigh, your height. but i will tell you that i try 40%carbs- 30%protein- 30%fat everyday on a 1840 NET calories. and as i mentioned right above, i'm (female) 120 lb at 5' 3.5"

75-95 is pretty great! even if you increase your protein, you will not sabbatoge your weight loss goal. I purposely take in at least 115 g per day and i'm 120 lb at 5' 3.5" edit: that's what works for me.

i'm sorry, but that's awful advice, in my opinion! MFP already creates a deficit, so consistently being under your goal by a a couple hundred puts us in a HUGE (unhealthy) deficit
