i lost almost 15 lb.. (134 to 120) and it seems like i get just slightly less attention from guys. but i'm not sure because i've been with my bf for an year and almost 6 months out of the relationship i was losing the weight. so, it maybe that i just simply don't notice guys giving me attention because i truly love my bf…

there are a ton of varieties of yoga! i burn, on average, 550 calories for a 90 minute session of Bikram or Power/Vinyasa by far the best workouts i get! edit: burns quite a few calories, works on endurance, posture, balance, range of motion, strengthens the core and every other muscle we neglect doing other exercises,…

bf calculator/analyzers are not accurate. and our bf% is always fluctuating thru the day! and it fluctuates more if you've eaten or worked out right before calculating your bf. i can bet that the increase in inches on your arms and thighs is muscle, not fat
