L1D6 completed yesterday. I have 2 to make up from this weekend. I think I'll do an extra one tonight. I am already finding myself stronger especially when doing the push-ups! I can do 7 regular and then I have to do the modified ones.

I just bought a Polar FT60 with gps and so far I love it! It was really easy to set up and has a large display. If you have the iphone, there's an app called Nike Training Club that is AWESOME!! It may be available for other smartphones, but I'm not sure. For me (176, 5'8" - I burn about 10 calories per minute depending on my intensity level).
