hiya, I am also on 1200 per day and I manage quite well. Sometimes I take back my calories (cos I think I have earnt it LOL), but it will depend on how much I have to lose etc. etc. Good luck with your loss xxx

5' 1" and want to be 140lb (10 stone). Currently 149lb due to Christmas gain. I was 11st 4 when I started.

I am bring strict with myself and weighing myself once a week - on the same scales at roughly the same time of the day. Your weight fluctuates during the day so weighing yourself regularly could be, IMO, demotivating! I do it when I get up on a Saturday morning before breakfast etc. xxxx

Hi I am in UK too - but a few hours away from Manchester. I am losing it very slowly and getting frustrated. I have reached my first goal - and heading towards next one which is another 7 lb to come off. Good luck with the swim challenge! Swimming v v good exercise!

Thanks for the tips. Just had a bowl of fruit and will drink a glass of water too. I am trying to plan my meals ahead - and input them on there ahead of the meal so I get a rough idea of what I am going to eat. I think I may be bored, which is why I think I am hungry! Hmmmm must try to do something more constructive LOL.…

In the end i had 177 left. I have eaten well today, had a bottle of wine and jelly babies. I did a long walk..... I am happy with what I have achieved. Won't be able to exercise like this every day, but then again, I only eat/drink like this at the weekend.
