I'm two weeks in and I have lost 5.2 lbs. It seems that my exercise regimen is working. I continue to do my water aerobics, Zumba classes, and elliptical cardio five times a week. My goals was to loose about a pound a week, but the weight is dropping! I love MFP! Thanks for the motivation!:smile:

I'm with you! This is a good challenge and a realistic goal! Thanks for the motivation! I know that I'm loosing more inches then weight! I have been attending water aerobics, and I will tell you, I LOVE IT! My body is becoming more lean and I'm getting stronger! See you at the end of the month for final weigh in! Go team!
