  • This sounds like a lot of fun! I'd like to join if it's not too late. I practice Baptiste and Bikram styles. I used to practice regularly but I've really let it slide between work and school. I can't practice every day because of my work hours (12 hour shifts), but doing yoga even 4x a week would be a huge improvement.

  • It sounds like tinnitus. Certain drugs can cause it, loud noise, and just aging in general. You should get it checked out to see if there's a cause that can be eliminated. If not, there are methods you can try to mask the noise or to decrease the anxiety it causes. I highly doubt it has anything to do with quitting smoking.
