I weigh every day or every other day. Keeps me on track. I just use the once a week weigh in to report because of the fluctuations during the week.

That is wonderful. Keep up the great work. Good idea, I will do that too. I have 137 to loose and it can be overwhelming.

Ok.. this is what I have done. I bring the worst "fat" picture of me and before I order I look at it and know I don't want to be that way anymore. Then I order the healthy meal. ":)
