Rats and mice. I know, not too popular, but everyone needs someone to love them:)

I track calories and saturated fats, everything else is a free for all in my world.

May Goals: 1. Never eat over my calorie goal. 2. Do an ab workout on each day I don't go to the gym. That's it:)

I'm with you! I weigh myself about once a month but I take my measurements every/every other day. I want a 20" waist & 15" thighs. I don't care what I weigh as long as I'm tiny.

I too am motivated by the almighty bikini. Add me if you want.

Welcome!!!! I personally like meal replacement bars and I agree with your attitude if it works for you go with it. You can add me if you like. My journal is open to friends, too. I know a decent amount about fitness and nutrition but I promise not to call you a dumb...donkey.

I desperately want toned abs by summer. My plan is to do 100 crunches a day on the days I don't spend with my trainer or in a class. What will I give myself to celebrate? Not sure. When I finished the Chicago marathon I bought a $500 wallet, maybe I should just let that prize linger for the entire year.

I've eaten whatever I've wanted and maintained my weight by counting calories for 15 years. But I'm not sure that what I want represents what everyone would want because I'm a very picky eater. So my answer would be yes, followed by a cautionary I'm pretty sure.

I've done the dunk testing which is not fun and not pretty, but it does appear to be accurate. I don't know where you live, but here in California the company is called Fitness Wave.

Green tea is not going to help, neither is working out. When I was younger I ate 600-800 calories and weighed 98 lbs. I thought I had to eat so few calories in order to maintain that number. Now I'm 15 years older, I eat 1350 calories and weigh 95 pounds but I had to work with a nutritionist to get there. I killed my…

After awhile you completely get out of that fast food mind set. Yesterday I needed to grab a quick dinner between dance practice and my bootcamp class and I headed straight to the grocery store to get a Clif bar. When I mentioned it to a friend she was like "Why didn't you just get McDonald's?" I realized I never get…

We have very similar figures, although I think I'm shorter. I went in and had the dunk test done and came back at 17% fat. Like you, I want to tone up. Some people have suggested that I gain weight but I'm very happy at my current size, more importantly my doctor is also happy with my current size and I see her once a…

Gillian Flynn's two books are awesome. I also love Laura Lippmann. I just started "Into the Woods" by Tana French and I'm getting into it. Everyone talks about the hunger games but I just can't bring myself to read it. I'm not into futuristic societies and I don't want to read about teenagers.

Planning out your calories is great advice. So is drinking water and tea. I find that as soon as I change the way I think about myself on the inside the kinder I am to my body and what I put in it. Try telling yourself some positive things about your body. I know it sounds crazy, but it actually works. And if you're still…

Not to worry: Fat is fat and muscle is muscle. Fat can't actually turn into muscle. Hopefully what you'll end up doing is burring off the fat to let the new developing muscle show through. So go enjoy your workouts:)

This man knows of what he speaks! I follow that exact plan (on the advice of my kick *kitten* trainer). I eat 1400 calories a day in small intervals, I do crazy intense boot camp classes and always choose the heaviest free weights I can handle and I get 60-75 grams of protein a day. I'm 35 years old and weigh 95 pounds.…

I'm currently trying it to help cut up. So far I haven't seen any results but it's only been a few days and since my goal isn't weight loss, it may be more difficult for me to see progress since I'm basing it on my own perception and not the scale. But like someone else said, what could it hurt.

Chicken and fish are good sources of protein. If all else fails, eat a protein bar or a shake.

I've worked as a fitness model and I'm currently looking to put on a six pack.

I want someone who is in better shape than I am, who has the proper education & who isn't afraid to correct me or move me. I'm willing to pay up for quality. I've found many of the chain gyms (LA Fitness, 24 Hour, Golds) will just hire anyone.

I eat grilled cheese, peanut butter & pickle sandwiches. Pop-tart & peanut butter.

Hi, I'm 5'2 and have maintained my goal weight of 95 pounds for 15 years. I'm a recovered anorexic. My typical day includes 1350-1400 calories and I do 5-7 hours of weight training/ cardio a week. My diary is open if you want to add me.
-
Mine might have been ripped from the pages of a magazine, but it's still me. I'm proud of my small and limited fitness modeling career so I'm going to flaunt it when approperate. Lol.
-
As a recovered anorexic I too am saddened by the postings of those who are suffering. I often offer up my own food diary for them to see, but most of them don't want to hear it, aren't ready to hear it. I just wanted to say that I was a Christian while I was suffering from my eating disorder and it was my relationship with…

What? I've been taking spin for years, I've never been locked into a bike, I'm not even sure what that means. I take classes 2-5 times a week and I think it's the easiest class I take because you go at your own pace and adjust your own bike. Bootcamp and circuit training are much more difficult. Still fun, but more…

I log them but I don't eat them back.

I eat whatever, whenever, as long as its within my calories.
