CKD is Cyclic Ketogenic Diet . You eat 60/30/5 Fat/Protein/Carbs and then Carb Up on the weekend. It's used by bodybuilders who want to cut fat for competitions and such. Im sure it works, just not sure I would work for someone like me who isnt a bodybuilder and doesnt want to be.
