Boy this sounds like me. I lost 50lbs, was feeling amazing, people noticed I could run.. do all the things I wanted to do...then I hurt my back, i gained weight so rapidily. soon I gained it all. I lost control. So this is round too.

did a 45 min fitcamp/bootcamp outside this morning, went for a mid day walk, hoping to hit 10K+ steps by the end of the day

diet excercise, increase your protein to stave off hunger. That stuff will kill you

cheat day is fine as long as you go right back "on program" my cheat day is sunday, I start of with a low cal/fat breakfast, but my dinner may include potatoes

I doubt it is fat. Maybe it is water, I weigh myself same time once a week, but just decided to go on the scale this am. Maybe I need a new scale :-)

curious as to how much weight you lost. You do look great!. Good job with the 5K. Take your time and dont worry about the other crazy runners. Slow and steady.
