Wow thank you everyone. Obviously I'm not going to do this every day, sometimes I just feel full enough to where I don't have to eat 1200 calories...and then if I eat more when I'm already full I feel bloated and disgusting. I agree with everyones posts. I'm the exact same way. I hate any type of exercise in the beginning but if you start off slowly and make an effort to increase the duration or difficulty then it'll be much easier. Running is probably my least favorite exercise, but if you start out at a steady pace it'll be less of a hassle…

Thanks everyone all of the advice is great! I can definitely do fruits, vegetables and small meals throughout the day. I also like doing Zumba so maybe I'll get back into it. I plan on exercising 5 times a week for at least 45 minutes. I do enjoy yoga though, I'm just not very good at it haha but the stretching always helps. Thank you!
