Honestly, is eating too few calories such a bad thing?
So I woke up a little late this morning and didn't have time to eat. I only ate dinner and at about 600 calories I honestly feel full. What's your opinion on restaurant food?
I'm a server at Chili's Bar & Grill and although it's delicious food, I'm not unaware of how terrible it is for my body. We do have entrees on the menu that are considered "guiltless." What does everyone think about this? Should I be avoiding the menu at all costs or at least try to stick to the healthier choices?

When should I expect a plateau?
So I am very happy to say that for the first time in I don't even know how long, I am under 160 lbs. I've lost about 15 lbs since August and I couldn't be happier! Now I'm just wondering, is there a time that I should expect a plateau? I've been losing weight pretty regularly and I'm wondering if anyone has advice!
