Lemonade Cleanse?

For anyone who has ever TRIED the lemonade cleanse, I would really like your opinion. I don't want to hear about how "bad" it is or anything because I've already heard it. The ONLY thing I want to know is 1) your personal experience and 2) if you would recommend it. If you haven't done this please don't comment or criticize since I'm only looking for opinions from those who've tried it. Thank you(:

    Is it master cleanse? I tried it years ago. I made it about 2 days and was miserable and I ate up all the calories I skipped in about my first meal off the fast. I'm pretty open minded but I know now that fasting is not for me. I've read books about cleansing and I'm pretty sure that our digestive systems don't really need it. Fasting for spiritual or even political reasons- ok. For weight loss- nah.
