  • I just started the routine last night and I did as many as I could and my arms & part of my chest muscles are very sore today. I'm going to do the challenge every other day to start because I haven't been to a gym in a year and usually NEVER worked my arms when I went. Hopefully I can do more push-ups as the days go on.

  • You can do this without cutting the chicken as well. I stuff an onion and garlic in the body of the chicken, throw it in and go. Make sure the chicken is defrosted. It falls apart, tender & juicy and is awesome!
