diet coke is ok, but I don't use it as a replacement for pure water. Ok, drink the dcoke but drink your water,you will feel much better. If it is to boring try adding lemon/lome and ginger

asparagus, teas, less salt,more water with lemon and ground ginger. The ginger and lemon help with inflamation which could help reduce your menstrual woes and help retain less water. Good luck!

eat barley. Pearled has 6 grams a cup, hulled even more,It is healthy and tasted and is also good for constipation. Good luck. Look for barley soup recipes although I use it like rice.

Chia seeds are packed with nutrients. They also swell and make a gel when hydrated. Thus they fill you up.Do not try to swallow them dry they mix with salivia and can make you choke, very uncomfortable feeling. Do mix the in smoothies or spinkle on cereal start wit a scant tsp dry or up to 2tbsp hyrdated.More is NOT better

try juicing 2 small apples 3 carrots,1/2 lemon 1 tsp ginger. gives me a boost. If you don't have a juicer buy the juice and combine

I binge on veg first.If that doesn't work I go to air popped popcorn,Bluberries then tuna.I usaully am full before I get to the Kashi cereal,but I have eaten o whole box before. At least it is good food not junk! Good luck

go whole grain,my new favorite is barley.Alos brown and wild rice. Minute Made has a new mix of Quinoa,brown rice and wild rice. If it must be bread go for a very dense slow to digest bread like Ezickel, rye or pumpernickel. If I eat white bread I can't stop!!

thanks for the brands. I got some green tea/peach from Panera yesterday and it is good. I also got some genric green tea and added lime. I think I got this!!

thanks to all. I have tried over the years to like tea. This is the first one I like. I will press on and find some thing I can brew that is tollerable.I think I will try the Arizona next, the move to brewed. Wish me luck and thanks for the advice!!

you can do this one step at a time. Look at others diaries and believe in yourself and this community. Be honest. Put everything down even if it is horrible food and over calories. That is how u learn.Good Luck!

I love these. I boil the noodles in broth. Take the noodles out,save broth simmer mung bean sprouts,snow peas,mushroom.Add PB2 or peanut butter 1Tbs,low sodium soy sauce 2-3 Tbs,lime juice,dash or more siricha sauce.Add back to noodle, cook briefly 1-2 minutes. I have trouble getting back to excercise since my weight went up to 260 lbs. I am now at 227 and have started little. Look on line for things you can do with back pain. Start at 5 mins a day if that is what you can do. I started with 5 simple exercises and am working uo. Some thing is better than nothing.Good Luck

drink lots of water,flavor with ginger and or lemon /lime. Ditch the soad/diet soda.I am still working on the soda. Down to one 16oz a day down from 1 liter a day.
