well as for the first post, i wouldnt have the time or the facilities to make a stir fry at lunch time! I would make soup and heat it up. I make a simple veg soup...and then get maybe some low cal bread then just have some fruit after it or a low cal yoghurt.

Goodluck! After my baby i lost 28lbs. Have managed to keep it off but have decided that i want to lose just a bit more now. Not much just a few lbs tbh but want to monitor it. This is a great website and really helped me keep track of the food i ate.

I just use a good balsamic vinegar and it livens it up.
