My sister has RA and she is gluten free also and she can't lose the last 20 she would like. I'm not sure if it is her meds that are keep her at a stand still or not.

Right now my standing station is make-shift. I still have everything on my desk, i just raised everything so I could stand instead of sitting. The monitor is on top of some books on top of the computer tower and the keyboard and mouse are sitting on top of a box.
