I also have a desk job.... I eat breakfast at 5:30 am and don't get lunch till 1:00pm then don't eat dinner until 7:30 or 8:00pm so I eat a snack around 10:00 am this is usually a low fat yogurt or a greek yogurt and I add 1/4 c of Kellogs Protein Special K to my yogurt. If you can eat at your desk yogurt is a good choice....I like a little "crunch" with my yogurt so I stir in some cereal usually a low fat granola.

Sometimes instead of using mayo I use lite Ranch dressing. A friend that hates mayo told me she did this and I tried it....different but good

I have this for lunch sometimes: 1 pouch of tuna 1 T lite mayo 1 T dill relish 1 or 2 shredded baby carrots 1 stalk of celery chopped 1 roma tomato chopped mix altogether and eat with a wassa cracker and a cup of cantaloup Good luck

One of my favorite breakfast is: 1 mini bagel with 2 T weight watcher cream cheese 1 Morning Star Veggie sausage pattie either regular, maple or hot n spicy 1 fresh fruit my favorite is a peach or strawberries with this breakfast I toast the bagel put a tablespoon on each side and the sausage in the middle.
