you should start tracking your protein. a gram of protein and a gram of carbs each have 4 calories, but protein is going to keep you feeling satisfied longer than carbs will. adding a hand full of nuts, a hard boiled egg, or some deli meat is a good way to incorporate protein into your snacks.

i would cut your carbs down aim for only 150ish a day, and seduce your sodium as well.

i agree that it may just be muscle. check your measurements instead and body fat and see if you see a difference there.
